Educational Qualification for OPSC Recruitment 2024:

• Candidates must have Masters degree in Subject concerned University with at least 50% marks
• Must have possessed 2 years Post Graduate Masters course/ integrated 6 years post graduate from Regional College of education recognized by NCERT in the concerned subject with Minimum 50% marks.
• Have B.Ed. or equivalent degree recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education. Provided that B.Ed. qualification shall not be the mandatory eligibility criteria for the post of PGT.

Note:  B.Ed. qualification for the subjects other than Botany, chemistry, English, economics, Geography, History, Hindi, Mathematics, Odia, Physics, Political science, Sanskrit and Zoology shall not be mandatory eligibility criteria for the post of Post Graduate Teacher.

Examination fee for OPSC Recruitment 2024:

No Examination Fee is required to be paid for applying or appearing in the recruitment as per “Odisha Discontinuance of application and examination fees for recruitment to different posts and service in the State Government Rules, 2022.”
